All our items are ready to ship and are sent out from Melbourne, Australia

Domestic Shipping: Australia
All our products aside from the gift hampers are a flat rate charge of $9.95.
Express postage is a flat rate of $13.95.
For all gift hampers a flat rate charge of $15 applies.
If you prefer cheaper postage for hampers we can post the hamper flat packed for a flat rate of $13.
Regional and rural areas will receive the gift hampers flat packed to avoid high postage charges. 
We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle. Parcels may be left unattended in a safe place if no one is home.

IF YOU REQUIRE NEXT OR SAME DAY DELIVERY PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AND WE CAN SEE IF WE CAN ASSIST YOU. 
International shipping
PLEASE NOTE that International parcels are currently experiencing significant delays with transit times currently, this includes Regular Post and Express Post. This will depend on country to country.
All our products aside from the gift hampers are a flat rate of $25.
Gift hampers are posted flat packed for all international orders for a flat rate of $35.
We can not post as an open gift hamper due to the price of postage for that size.
However, we can easily instruct you how to place the items and make it an open hamper. We call also provide cellophane and ribbon free of charge.
Please leave a note at checkout if you would like instructions, cellophane and ribbon.

WE DO NOT EXPRESS POST FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We use Australia Post for International Postage. Parcels may be left unattended in a safe place if no one is home.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your item to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE : We are not responsible for any duties or taxes/VAT once it reaches your country.

  • ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR CANCELLED.
  • Please Note Sale Prices and Discounts are only valid within the time frame we give for the Sale period . We do not provide sale prices if you have purchased outside this time period.
  • Once an order is placed items can not be added afterwards, a separate order will need to be placed. Please note we ship our orders out quickly and promptly .
  • Please note that we do our best to display the true colour of the garment however colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor/device and lighting of images.  We do not consider this a fault if the colour is different. Please contact us prior if you need help with colours.
  • Even though the dress sizes are average if you’re in doubt of a size we recommend to go up a size to get longer wear of the dresses and the dresses do not need to be a tight fit.
  • Please see our Returns Information if you need to change sizes.

DISCLAIMER
Due to the small size of some embellishments on our items, please ensure that Adult Supervision is given at all times around young children and babies as small items may pose as a choking hazard. All head wear needs to be worn under Adult Supervision on children and babies as not to pose a suffocation or choking hazard whilst awake or asleep. Please remove items whilst sleeping also.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is faulty so we can organise a replacement for you. However all items are checked carefully. We Do Not Offer Refunds.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind (change of mind includes size, colour, style etc.. ) We will issue a Store Credit upon arrival of your Return Parcel. Please see below for instructions.
  1. Shipping Costs to be covered by the customer. (We do not supply return labels)
  2. Store Credit will be issued once items arrive back. (Refunds are Not Available)
  3. We recommend using your store credit to purchase your new size Unfortunately due to our fast stock turnover we are unable to hold sizes
  4. Please provide Order Name, Order Email or Order Number in your parcel for reference
  5. Items must be returned to us within  2 weeks of receiving parcel, 4 weeks for International purchases
  6. Items must be returned in original condition and unworn
  7. Please allow 1-2 business days for store credit to be processed once you parcel has arrived back. Please keep your tracking number provided by your post office
  8. The Return Address will be provided once you contact us
